Your ad follows a 15-minute screen loop.
GRID schedules ads in a 15-minute rotation on selected screens. While a venue is operating, that loop repeats four times per hour. The estimated monthly average is about 1,500 ad plays per selected screen across the GRID network.

Monthly plays are an estimate, not a guaranteed minimum or a directly logged play count. Actual totals vary with venue hours, campaign dates and scheduling.
Why repeated visibility matters
Stay visible before the customer needs you.
Your ad appears on screens inside local businesses people already visit. Repeated exposure makes your name familiar over time, so it is easier to recall when a customer is ready to choose. Indoor screen advertising is built for local awareness, not direct response.
Boost local visibility
Put your business in front of people spending time in the communities you serve.
Build familiarity through repeat exposure
Repeated appearances give customers more chances to recognize your name before they need your service.
Stay top-of-mind
Stay in view during everyday routines instead of waiting for customers to find you once they start searching.
Appear inside trusted local venues
Your message runs inside businesses and community locations customers already choose to visit.
Planning context
Some audience figures are estimates.
Audience figures describe the environment around a placement and help you plan. GRID labels them as estimates because they are not a count of the people who saw your specific ad.
Monthly impressions across the network
Exposures per visit
Time customers spend in our venues per visit
Active screens
Impressions and audience figures are estimates based on our current network methodology. They are shown for planning and are not counted views.
Estimated impressions
The potential audience exposure to ads across the network, based on venue traffic data. Useful for planning, but not the number of people who saw or paid attention to a particular ad.
Exposures per visit
An estimate of how many times an ad can appear during an average visit. It describes the opportunity to see an ad, not a count of views.
Dwell time
The average time customers spend in our venues per visit. It explains the opportunity for exposure. It does not show that a visitor looked at your ad.
GRID reports screen activity and campaign activity for your campaign. Audience estimates sit alongside it as planning context and are always labeled as estimates.
Monthly reporting
What you receive each month.
Every advertiser receives monthly reporting. It covers:
Screen activity
Activity across the screens in your campaign.
Estimated impressions
Based on venue traffic data and labeled as an estimate.
Campaign activity
A summary of your campaign's activity for the month.
Indoor screens build awareness rather than drive clicks, so there is no click or conversion tracking the way there is with pay-per-click ads. Advertisers usually watch branded search volume, inbound calls and new-customer rate over time. GRID does not guarantee specific calls, leads or sales.

Delivery reporting FAQs
Your ad plays in rotation on the screens in your package. GRID schedules a 15-minute loop on selected screens, so while a venue is operating your ad repeats four times per hour, and the estimated monthly average is about 1,500 plays per selected screen across the network. That monthly figure is an estimate, not a guarantee. The exact number of appearances depends on venue operating hours, the screens you select and current scheduling, and GRID does not guarantee a specific number of plays.
An ad play is one showing of your ad on a screen. An impression is an estimate of potential audience exposure, based on venue traffic data. Impressions are useful for planning but are not a count of people who saw your ad.
GRID provides monthly reporting to all advertisers. Reports cover screen activity, estimated impressions based on venue traffic data, and campaign activity.
No. Impressions, exposures per visit and dwell time are estimates and averages based on our current network methodology. GRID does not guarantee specific calls, leads or sales from a campaign.
No. Indoor screens are an awareness and recall channel, so there are no clicks to track the way there are with pay-per-click ads. Many advertisers watch branded search volume, inbound call volume and new customer acquisition over time instead.
